Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No. We welcome projects of every size, from a single custom shirt or embroidered hat to large orders for businesses, schools, sports teams, churches, and events. Whether you need one item or hundreds, every order receives the same attention to detail and personal service.
How long does a custom order take?
Most custom orders are completed within 7–10 business days after your artwork is approved. Larger orders or specialty items may take a little longer, and we'll always provide an estimated completion date with your quote. If you have a deadline, let us know—we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule whenever possible.
Can I provide my own artwork for printing?
Absolutely! We recommend vector artwork such as AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF files for the best print and embroidery quality. If you don't have artwork or only have a rough sketch or idea, we're happy to help create a design you'll be proud to wear.
What's the difference between embroidery, DTF, and DTG printing?

Embroidery uses thread stitched directly into the garment and is ideal for polos, hats, jackets, and uniforms.

DTF (Direct-to-Film) is perfect for vibrant full-color designs on many different fabric types.

DTG (Direct-to-Garment) prints directly onto the fabric and produces soft, detailed, full-color images that are ideal for custom T-shirts.

How do I get started?
Simply complete our Request a Quote form and tell us about your project. Include as much information as you can, such as garment type, quantity, colors, artwork, and your desired completion date. We'll review your request, answer any questions, and provide a detailed quote before production begins.
Are your original designs exclusive?
Yes. Our original humor collections and artwork are created in-house and are exclusive to Pepper's Ink & Stitch. You won't find these designs in big-box stores or mass-produced online catalogs. We enjoy creating apparel that's original, memorable, and made to bring a smile.
